Return eligibility

Because our perfume oils touch your skin, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles.

If your item arrives damaged, or if we sent you the incorrect item, we will honor your return. The best first step is to get in touch with us so we can help.

Return requests for unopened items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Eligible products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Requesting a return

Please wait for return instructions before sending your package.

We will provide the return address with your return instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect item. In those cases we will provide a prepaid return label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

There are no deductions or fees on approved refunds.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Email contactnooriattar@gmail.com with your order number to request an exchange.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact contactnooriattar@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We will review the information and explain the available resolution.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships. Email contactnooriattar@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, our return policy applies instead.
